Here’s How To Enter:

1. Beginning January 5, 2009 through February 28, 2009, contestants need only register on www.adventuresindiy.com and they will be automatically entered into The Ratcheting Screwdriver Kit Giveaway sweepstakes. Contestants can enter once every calendar day.

No Purchase Necessary.

2. To enter without going online, write “Ratcheting Screwdriver Kit Giveaway,” your complete name, address, phone number, e-mail address on a 3 x 5 card and mail to: 1908 Roxford Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89119. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. All entries must be postmarked by January 5, 2009, and received by February 27, 2009.

Random Drawing.

3. A random drawing will be held February 29, 2009 and the grand prize winners will be drawn from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. The prize will be awarded and the winner notified by phone or mail or e-mail at the Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

General Rules.

5. Open only to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of sponsor and will not be returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to claim prize within thirty (30) days of notification being mailed will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, statements, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. All federal, state and local taxes due are the sole responsibility of the Winner. U.S. prize winner may be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Winners assume all liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Any entrant who supplies false information will be disqualified. Employees and associates of Adventures In DIY and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible.

Winners.

6. Winners will be notified by March 3, 2009. The prize is provided by and will be mailed to the winner by the sponsor of the contest, MS&L Worldwide. Adventures In DIY, its owner, associates and its employees are not responsible for the actions of the sponsor.
